This combined Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the IMThreads website (“Site”) operated by Amy Anderton, LLC, doing business as IMThreads (“IMThreads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company. By using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

IMThreads sells apparel and related merchandise through this Site.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through third-party processors such as Stripe and/or PayPal. IMThreads does not store full credit card details.

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International orders may be arranged upon request and will include separate pricing and delivery terms.

Returns: Returns or exchanges may be accepted according to our posted return policy. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable unless due to our error.

Promotions and QR Campaigns: Promotions, QR-linked discounts, or other offers are subject to the terms listed at the time of the offer and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
