Returns and Refund Policy

IMThreads stands behind the quality of our apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery of your order. The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from IMThreads. To initiate a return request you must contact: Support@IMThreads.com with.
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos if the return is due to a defective or damaged item
Return authorization must be provided before you ship any merchandise back to IMThreads.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original tags and packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, IMThreads will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement. You must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage at the time of return authorization.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Allow 5 to 10 business days after IMThreads receives and inspects the returned merchandise for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error by IMThreads.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Support@IMThreads.com within the 30-day return window to request return authorization. IMThreads will cover shipping for incorrect orders once verified.
Exchanges
IMThreads does not automatically exchange items. To receive a different size or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, including shirts printed to your specifications, are not eligible for return for buyer’s remorse once printed and shipped.
Return Timeline
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for IMThreads to review and process your return request once the returned merchandise is received by our facility.
