Shipping Policy

IMThreads ships apparel orders within the United States only. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All IMThreads apparel is printed after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
IMThreads currently offers standard shipping only.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7 per shirt.
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non refundable once an order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
IMThreads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
IMThreads ships to addresses within the United States only.
The following address types are accepted:
Residential and business addresses
APO and FPO military addresses
The following address types are not accepted:
PO Boxes
International shipping is not available at this time unless expressly stated on the Shop Now or Cart pages.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable law. Tax rates are determined based on the shipping address provided by the customer.
Transfer of Risk
Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. IMThreads is not liable for loss, theft, or delay after carrier acceptance.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email once an order has shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Packages
Lost packages are reviewed on a case by case basis. IMThreads does not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delayed in transit.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact Support@IMThreads.com and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of the shipping notification email. Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.
